The duties of the Communication and marketing group
Communication group
- plans and develops communication on research and experts and its impact,
- plans and develops media services and Syke's online service activity,
- produces communication services and content for various communication channels,
- maintains and develops Syke's communication channels,
- advises, instructs and coaches employees on communication work,
- participates in projects and in the preparation of project applications.
Marketing group
- handles brand management at Syke and develops Syke's visibility,
- plans and develops work community communication,
- produces and develops marketing products and services,
- provides visual communication services,
- supports customer activity and organises Syke's events with stakeholders,
- advises, instructs, and coaches employees on brand management and work community communication.
