Tasks
I work at the Finnish Environment Institute in promoting climate change mitigation and circular economy in various projects. My tasks include expert tasks as well as communication and interaction. My specific interests lie in the climate impacts of housing, construction, and infrastructure construction, circular economy in construction, municipal sustainability work, competence development, communication, stakeholder cooperation, and science communication.

Current projects
INFRACO2
The project focuses on developing the emission database for infrastructure construction and the assessment method for assessing the climate impacts of infrastructure construction. The emissions database was published in the CO2data service in 2022. The goals of the project include analyzing pilot studies of greenhouse gas emissions calculation in infrastructure construction and expanding the emissions database to include carbon sinks.
DECARBON-HOME - Citizens as agents in decarbonzing suburban and rural housing
The DECARBON-HOME research project promotes a just sustainability transition in housing and construction. The project aims to investigate and develop solutions to the challenges of climate change and residential area segregation. I work in interaction and communication. Circular Economy Finland (KiSu)
