By public transport
There are several bus services from the centre of Helsinki to Viikki, for example from Rautatientori and Kamppi. Bus route 550 goes to Viikki from the east and west and the bus route 506 (known as the Tiedelinja) connects the campuses of Helsinki University. The express coach service from Lahti stops at Viikki on the Lahdenväylä road.

By bicycle
Visitors can leave their bicycles next to the Head Office’s main entrance or in Syke’s bicycle shelter which is located behind the building.

By car
Parking spaces at the Viikki campus have to be paid for and visitors’ spaces are separately marked. Occasional parking fees for visitors’ spaces can be paid for using the Easy-park application or at ticket machines at hourly or daily rates.
From the airport
The following connections run from the airport to Viikki:
- The P train to Malmi station and then bus 79 to Viikki
- The P train to Oulukylä station and then bus 550 to Viikki
