Tasks

I work as a senior research scientist at Syke's Marine and freshwater solutions unit. My tasks include national and international research and development projects related to lake restoration, eutrophication and browning.

Background

I am a limnologist (PhD, University of Helsinki 2014) and have studied lake restoration, lake food web dynamics, and browning of surface waters. I have worked at Syke since spring 2020, before which I worked with lake restoration and water protection at a municipality and consulting.
