Purpose of the Maameri (EARTHSEA) cruise is to obtain information of sediment geochemistry, especially accumulated phosphorus at previously uninvestigated areas. Measurements of nutrient concentrations and turbidity of in water column are taken, in relation to development of algal blooms.
